Winter running shorts inspired from our experience at Cryo Race in 2020 on the Lac St-Jean, we’ve developed these Winter training shorts made of 3 layers: soft shell, bamboo and merino. Tighten the waistband with a small cord. Go outside and run whatever the weather. Doesn’t have pockets by default. Pockets can be added.

Why did we make winter shorts ? We believe running in shorts during the winter provides health benefits. From our experience, it appears to help with heath management, acting like air conditioning. Any excess heat, if any, goes out thru the legs rather than building up under the clothes. At the very least, it creates a flow of air.
