The ELZI brand name is derived from the fusion of the last phonemes of our surnames, Brunelle and Firouzi, symbolizing the integration of our expertise and contributions to the project. We chose this name because it reflects our identity.

We launched the brand in July 2021 after producing thousands of face masks during the pandemic. Using the profits, we invested in new equipment to create versatile clothing for work, home, and sports activities. Our current collection includes t-shirts, shorts, hats, dresses, shirts, towels, and raincoats. We take pride in developing concepts, designing, creating patterns, prototyping, and handcrafting the clothes ourselves. We use natural fibers and recognize the benefits of blends in certain garments.

In alignment with our passion for fashion, styling and ecological consciousness, we offer clothes alteration and repair services to ensure a perfect fit and prolong the useful life of garments, whether they are handpicked by you or received from loved ones.

Sanaz has over 20 years of experience in the field, with a master's degree in Fashion Archeology and a bachelor's degree in fashion design. Sanaz is so talented that while doing her master degree, she was teaching at the university for the ones doing their bachelor ! 

Jonathan studied e-commerce at HEC Montreal and created digital marketing departments for Air Transat and Québecor, as well as helped numerous startups scale their businesses, now focusing on his endeavour with Sanaz.
